Privacy Policy

What information SkyHop handles

• Local storage only: Your best floor, score, combo, sound/haptics preferences, daily run history, and unlocked cosmetics are saved locally using standard iOS storage. Nothing is sent to our servers.
• Game Center (optional): If you are signed into Game Center and choose to participate, your highest floor may be submitted to the public leaderboard and certain achievements may be reported. You can decline Game Center permission at any time and the game will continue to work normally with no loss of functionality.
• App Store purchases: Apple processes the optional one-time Remove Ads purchase. SkyHop checks the purchase entitlement through StoreKit so it can stop requesting interstitial ads. We do not receive your payment details.

Advertising

SkyHop uses Unity LevelPlay, including Unity Ads and the ironSource Exchange, to request restrained interstitial ads between completed runs. Ads are never shown during live play or in the tutorial. On first launch, before LevelPlay starts, SkyHop presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Unity and participating advertising partners access or store information on your device and process information needed to deliver, secure, limit, and measure ads. Depending on your region, device, tracking choice, and service operation, this may include:

• IP address and coarse location derived from it;
• device or app-scoped identifiers and user IDs;
• purchase or entitlement signals;
• product interactions, ad impressions, and other advertising data;
• other usage, performance, and diagnostic data.

These categories may be used for third-party advertising, analytics, and app functionality as applicable, and some may be linked to your device or app activity. LevelPlay also includes Unity Ad Quality, which processes app-scoped identifiers and diagnostic information to monitor the ads shown in SkyHop. Your privacy choices

On first launch, before LevelPlay starts and before any data that could be used for tracking is collected, SkyHop presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Choosing Allow permits personalised ads. Choosing Ask App Not to Track means SkyHop signals no consent to its advertising partners and sets the opt-out-of-sale flag, so ads are contextual rather than personalised.

You still see the same game either way, and ads continue in both cases. SkyHop has no in-app tracking setting: your answer lives in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your device, and you can change it there at any time. SkyHop reads that setting fresh on every launch.

You can also buy Remove Ads in Explore. Once the App Store verifies the purchase, SkyHop stops loading and presenting interstitial ads. Restore Purchases is available in the same menu.

Retention and deletion

SkyHop does not operate a user account, advertising server, or backend. Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the app or its data. Apple, Game Center, Unity, and participating advertising partners retain information they process according to their own policies. Turning advertising off prevents future ad requests, but does not erase information already processed by those providers; use the provider privacy links above for provider-specific requests.

Children’s privacy

SkyHop is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate an account system or collect personal information directly from children. LevelPlay is configured to treat SkyHop as a general-audience app that is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or its service providers change. The effective date above will show when the latest version took effect.
